1. Where does Mutez deliver?

Mutez currently delivers all across Pakistan through reliable courier partners. We ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time, no matter where you are.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

3. Do you offer free shipping?


Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders above Rs. 4,000.
For orders below this amount, standard delivery charges apply and are calculated at checkout.

4. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
An unboxing video from the moment of opening the parcel is required for proof.

5. How can I request a return or exchange?

To request a return or exchange, email us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, reason for return, and unboxing video for quick processing.

6. Who pays for the return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We do not charge any restocking fees, and refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or bank account) within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing Support@mutez.pk or messaging us on WhatsApp (0310-1279244).

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
